Ormco’s trademark nickel-titanium wire, Ni-Ti has the resiliency and high springback necessary during treatment. Ni-Ti is indicated for initial leveling, aligning and rotational control.These archwires are particularly effective in severe Class II, Div. II cases. They are placed in the upper arch following the initial phase of archwire sequencing. If only intrusion is desired, the same dimension of archwires are used without the additional 20 degrees of torque.
